Biography
Keith M. Horner opened Horner Law, LLC in 2013 to make a difference in his local community by serving individuals, families and small businesses in several interrelated practice areas. Keith primarily focuses on Family Law as well as Wills and Trusts, Landlord/Tenant and Commercial Litigation. Prior to becoming the managing member of Horner Law, LLC, Keith was an associate for 1 1/2 years at a Wilmington Family Law litigation firm and worked for 2 years as an associate at a commercial litigation firm in New Castle. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable M. Jane Brady in the Superior Court of Delaware. Keith has litigation experience in all levels of Delaware's State courts, including the Justice of the Peace Courts, the Court of Common Pleas, Superior Court, Court of Chancery and the Supreme Court.
Keith is a native Delawarean who graduated from the Widener University School of Law in 2010 with Pro Bono Distinction for his volunteer work in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA) for low-income families and the Bank of America Financial Literacy Program for children at the Latin American Community Center in Wilmington. During law school, Keith served as an Academic Support Fellow for first-year students, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society for which he won the Outstanding Member Award in 2008.
Keith brings a straight-forward, common sense approach to litigation to ensure clients' needs are best met in a cost-efficient, expeditious manner.
